By accessing and using novastarled.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Professional Customers Only

This website and our services are designed exclusively for professional customers in the LED display and AV integration industry, including:

• AV integrators and installation companies
• LED display rental and staging companies
• System designers and consultants
• Corporate AV departments
• Authorized resellers and dealers

We do not sell to end consumers or non-professional buyers. By placing an order, you represent that you are a professional customer purchasing for business purposes.

Products and Services

Olympian LED is an authorized dealer of NovaStar LED display control products. We provide:

• Professional NovaStar LED controllers, video processors, and accessories
• Pre-sales technical consultation
• Product information and specifications
• Same-day shipping on in-stock items (orders before 3 PM ET)

Pricing and Payment

• Currency: All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice
• MAP Pricing: Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies apply to displayed pricing
• Reseller Pricing: Dealer and reseller pricing available upon request - contact us for details
• Payment Terms: Payment is required before shipment unless credit terms are pre-approved
• Direct Pricing: Our prices reflect our direct-to-professional pricing model with competitive margins

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order:

• You make an offer to purchase products
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
• Order confirmation constitutes our acceptance
• We may require additional verification for large orders

Product Availability

Returns and Refunds

We operate a direct pricing model and do not accept general returns. Our complete return policy includes:

• No General Returns: Due to our direct pricing model, we do not accept returns on opened or used products
• 60-Day DOA Policy: Products that arrive defective or damaged are covered for direct replacement within 60 days of delivery
• Rare Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, we may accept returns of unopened products within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee and prior authorization at our sole discretion
• Customer Responsibility: Customer pays return shipping for approved returns
• Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive approved returns

Warranty

All NovaStar products include comprehensive manufacturer warranty:

• 3-Year Warranty: All NovaStar products include a 3-year manufacturer warranty
• 60-Day DOA Coverage: Within the first 60 days, we handle defective product replacements directly
• After 60 Days: Warranty service is handled through NovaStar RMA process (we assist with the process)
• Coverage: Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not misuse, damage, or normal wear
• Terms: Full warranty terms are set by NovaStar and detailed in product documentation

Shipping

Our shipping policies:

• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day
• Free Standard Ground Shipping: 2-5 business days (1 day for most Florida locations)
• Origin: All orders ship from Titusville, FL (ZIP: 32780)
• Expedited Options: Express (2-3 days) and Overnight shipping available at checkout

Technical Support

We provide basic technical support and pre-sales consultation for NovaStar products. For advanced technical issues or firmware troubleshooting, you may be directed to NovaStar's support team.

Limitation of Liability

Olympian LED is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party product defects

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Olympian LED or NovaStar. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce product images without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding
• Scrape or download website content

Reseller Terms

If you are a reseller or dealer:

• Reseller agreement may be required

• Unauthorized resale may void warranty

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.
