We operate a direct pricing model designed exclusively for professional customers in the LED display and AV integration industry. By eliminating traditional sales overhead and working on efficient margins, we offer competitive pricing on professional-grade equipment.
As a result, we do not accept general returns on opened products. We have no secondary market for open-box or used equipment - everything we sell is new, factory-sealed professional equipment.
Every NovaStar product includes a 3-year manufacturer warranty. This comprehensive coverage protects your investment and ensures long-term reliability for your installations.
We understand that occasionally products may arrive defective or damaged. We provide a generous 60-day DOA policy.
Within 60 days of delivery: If you receive a defective or non-functional product, we will replace it directly at no charge. This includes:
Process: Contact us immediately with your order number and description of the issue. We'll arrange a direct swap-out to minimize your downtime.
After the 60-day DOA period, all product issues are covered under the 3-year NovaStar manufacturer warranty. We will assist you with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process:

In rare circumstances, we may accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in original packaging. This is subject to:
